Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman is a senior medical professional and healthcare administrator within the Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS Health Cader), currently serving as the Upazila Health & Family Planning Officer (UH&FPO) in Bheramara, Kushtia. With over 14 years of experience, he leads sub-district public health management and clinical operations.

Dr. Rahman earned his M.B.B.S. from the University of Dhaka (Shaheed Monsur Ali Medical College) in 2010. He began his career as an Anatomy Lecturer before joining government service in 2014, later serving as a Residential Medical Officer (RMO) at Jhenaidah Shishu Hospital.
